This part of my website is for you,  something for you to give to you.  I'm very much aware as a mother, aunt, sister and best friend, how easily it is to forget to look after myself, so let this part of my website be a reminder to you to start looking after you.   

My pure essential oils have the properties to calm or to uplift depending which feeling you need.    My diffuser or an essential oil burner will fill your home with gorgeous breathable goodness, that won't cause you harm like synthetic fragrances.   Magnesium bath salts will give you the relaxation time you may need to soak away your cares, and my citrus body oil will invigorate you for your day ahead or my lavender body oil will relax you for your night's sleep.  Just take the time to replenish you!!!

Even your night time cleanse can be a gift to yourself.   That five minutes of indulgence, breathing in the goodness of my products whilst you know in your heart that are good for your skin.    All these products are a reminder for you to slow down, unwind and feel a little more yourself — all handmade products with natural nourishing ingredients here in the west of Ireland. x 🤍
